Interim Quality Report

 Quality Improvement (as defined by Health Care Ontario) in Long-Term Care Health Quality Ontario and the long-term care sector is working together to advance quality by connecting care teams, clinicians and residents. Health Care Ontario references how sharing data and best practices while fostering open discussion and knowledge exchange, we aim to improve outcomes for all residents living in long-term care. Want to become a PSW?

 Algoma Manor in collaboration with Sault College will be offering a fully funded Personal Support Worker Program. 

Students will receive:

  • Free training (all costs covered) 
  • A two (2) year part-time employment contract
  • Flexible hours (so you can work and go to school!)
  • Training that will be delivered onsite and in-person at Algoma Manor
